• Discord Server (Guild) IDs — to store per-server settings and configurations.
• Channel IDs — to log bot actions and set up features like welcome messages.
• Message Content — only when a command is triggered. Messages are not stored or logged beyond immediate processing.
• Usernames & Avatars — for display purposes in embeds and bot responses.

How We Use Your Data

Data collected is used solely to operate and improve Fyrox™. Specific uses include:

• Processing bot commands and returning accurate responses.
• Storing server-specific configurations (e.g., prefix, roles, welcome channels).
• Managing economy balances, XP systems, and leaderboard data.
• Enforcing moderation actions and logs within servers.
• Improving bot stability, performance, and feature quality.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service:

• Server configs — retained until the bot is removed from your server.
• User economy/XP data — retained until manually reset by a server admin or the user.
• Logs and temporary data — purged automatically after 30 days.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us on Discord.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the data we collect. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage users not to share sensitive personal information through Discord bots.

Third-Party Services

Fyrox™ operates through Discord's API, subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. Certain features (e.g., music playback) may interact with third-party platforms such as YouTube or Spotify. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those platforms.

Children's Privacy

Fyrox™ is not intended for users under the age of 13, consistent with Discord's Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, it will be deleted promptly.

Your Rights

• Correction — You may request corrections to inaccurate data.
