By inviting or using Fyrox™ in any Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use Fyrox™.
These Terms of Service ("ToS") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Server Admin") and Fays ("Developer", "we", "us"), the creator of Fyrox™ ("the Bot").
By using, inviting, or interacting with Fyrox™ in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. This applies to all users within any Discord server where Fyrox™ is present.
These Terms apply alongside Discord's own Terms of Service. You must comply with both.
02Eligibility
To use Fyrox™, you must:
Be at least 13 years of age, or meet the minimum age requirement in your country, consistent with Discord's Terms of Service.
Have a valid Discord account in good standing.
Have the authority to add bots to a Discord server if you are a server administrator.
Not be previously banned from using Fyrox™ by the Developer.
Use of Fyrox™ by individuals under the age of 13 is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate ban.
03Permitted Use
Fyrox™ is provided for personal and community use within Discord servers. Permitted uses include:
Using moderation commands to manage your community fairly and transparently.
Playing music for entertainment in voice channels.
Using economy and games features for community engagement.
Configuring the bot through provided settings and commands.
Using utility commands to help server members.
04Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate ban from Fyrox™:

Attempting to exploit, crash, or DDoS the bot or its infrastructure

Using Fyrox™ to harass, threaten, or harm other users
Permanent Ban
Using the bot to distribute illegal content, NSFW outside designated channels, or spam
Permanent Ban
Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell Fyrox™ code or branding
Permanent Ban
Abusing command cooldowns or rate limits via automation or scripting
Temporary / Perm Ban
Misusing economy features (e.g., exploiting bugs for infinite coins)
Warning / Reset
Using the bot to violate Discord's Community Guidelines
Permanent Ban
Impersonating the Developer or staff in relation to Fyrox™
Permanent Ban
The Developer reserves the right to take additional action beyond the listed severity at their sole discretion.
05Server Administrator Rules
If you are a server administrator who has invited Fyrox™ to your server, you take on additional responsibility:
You are responsible for how Fyrox™ is configured and used within your server.
You must ensure your community members are aware of these Terms.
You must not configure Fyrox™ to be used as a tool for harassment, brigading, or targeted abuse campaigns.
You must configure NSFW commands (if any) only in appropriately age-gated channels.
You agree not to use Fyrox™ features to violate the privacy of your server members.
Servers found to be in violation of these rules may have Fyrox™ permanently removed and blacklisted.
As a server admin, you are the first line of moderation. Please use Fyrox™ responsibly and for the benefit of your community.
06Moderation & Bans
The Developer reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently ban any user or server from using Fyrox™ at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Violations of these Terms of Service.
Violations of Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Behavior that threatens the integrity, safety, or reputation of Fyrox™ or its users.
Repeated minor violations after prior warnings.
Ban Appeals: If you believe you were banned unfairly, you may appeal by contacting the Developer directly via Discord (fayajacuyyy). Appeals are reviewed at the Developer's discretion and are not guaranteed to result in an unban.
Bans are final unless explicitly reversed by the Developer. Do not attempt to circumvent a ban by creating alternate accounts.
07Intellectual Property
All source code, branding, assets, names, and features associated with Fyrox™ are the exclusive intellectual property of Fays (the Developer).
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any portion of Fyrox™'s code or assets.
You may not create derivative works based on Fyrox™ without explicit written permission from the Developer.
You may not use the Fyrox™ name, logo, or brand for commercial purposes.
Unauthorized use of Fyrox™'s intellectual property may result in legal action.
You are allowed to share screenshots, recommend the bot to others, create fan content, and mention Fyrox™ in a positive or neutral context, as long as it is not misleading or defamatory.
08Disclaimer of Warranties
Fyrox™ is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
Guarantees that defects will be corrected immediately.
Guarantees of permanent data retention (e.g., economy balances, XP).
The Developer makes no warranty that Fyrox™ will always be available, bug-free, or maintain 100% uptime. Downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may occur at any time.
09Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Fyrox™.
Loss of data, including but not limited to economy balances, XP, or server configurations, due to technical failures.
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your data.
Actions taken by third-party users within your server using Fyrox™ commands.
Any decisions made based on bot output or automated responses.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Fyrox™ is to discontinue use of the bot.
10Modifications to Terms
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through:
An announcement in the official support server.
An update notice in the bot's status or activity message.
An updated "Last Updated" date on this page.
Your continued use of Fyrox™ following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using Fyrox™ and request its removal from your server.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend joining the support server to stay updated.
11Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
You may stop using Fyrox™ and remove it from your server at any time without penalty.
We may terminate your access to Fyrox™ at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, particularly in cases of ToS violations.
Upon termination, all licenses and permissions granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Data retained in our systems will be handled as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
